Escrow Policy

Our Escrow service is designed to protect both buyers and sellers.

How it Works

1. Buyer pays for the item. Funds are held in Afiaoma's secure vault.
2. Seller delivers the item.
3. Buyer inspects the item and provides the Delivery PIN to the seller.
4. Seller inputs the PIN to release funds to their wallet.

Disputes

If an item is not delivered or is not as described, the buyer can raise a dispute. Funds remain frozen until the dispute is resolved.
