ZaeloHub operates under Nigerian e-commerce regulations. Our financial operations partner, Flutterwave, is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Paystack (now also integrated) is also CBN-licensed.
Raise a dispute within 7 days of receiving the item (or after the expected delivery date). Our team reviews all evidence — chat logs, photos, listing description — and issues a refund if you're entitled to one.
Basic verified sellers have confirmed phone numbers, which provides some accountability. However, for high-value purchases (above ₦50,000), we recommend buying from BVN-Verified or higher sellers for maximum protection.
Yes. ZaeloHub never stores card details. All payments are processed by Flutterwave and Paystack, both PCI-DSS certified payment processors. Your financial data is encrypted end-to-end.
